All new account orders are credit card only and are subject to Buckles

in a Snap corporate office and territory approval. Payment is required

in FULL before any merchandise will be shipped out.

Freight charges are billed to the customer based on the freight of the

merchandise. Merchandise pricing is FOB Woodstock, CT. All

packages will be mailed via USPS or UPS.

Freight damages via truck shipments are the responsibility of the

carrier. Claims for loss or damaged goods must be filled within 10

days of receipt of goods.

 

UPS shipment claims must be referred to our Customer Service

Department at connect@bucklesinasnap.com within 10 days of receipt

of goods. Packing materials and receiving paperwork should be

retained for UPS inspection.

 

 

Mis-shipped orders or defective goods must be referred to our

Customer Service Department at contact@bucklesinasnap.com within

10 days of receipt of goods.

 

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from our

Customer Service Department.

 

Credit will not be given for items returned without prior approval.

A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged for orders packaged/shipped

and/or canceled orders.

 

If backorders are undesirable, retailer must send in writing via email that

they wish to cancel the order. All back orders will automatically be

canceled after 60 days.

Our buckles are handmade and will include imperfections, variations in

color and slight irregularities. These qualities are inherent to our design

process and should be appreciated.

Our belts are bought from a distributor in the USA which buys

from multiple sources (not all in the USA).  Variations in colors

and sizes may occur. Some of our distressed belts are distressed

All custom orders are final. All art work must be owned by the client

and client assumes responsibility for it.  Fees apply for set up, design

work and proofs.
